Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of PDF crochet patterns are final once the download has been accessed. Digital files cannot be returned, as they are immediately available to you upon purchase completion.

Important: Please review pattern details, skill level, and requirements before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties downloading or accessing your purchased pattern, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Common technical issues include:

  • Unable to download the PDF file
  • Corrupted or incomplete file downloads
  • Issues accessing your account or download links
  • Problems opening or viewing the PDF

Please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with details about the technical issue. We'll provide a solution or alternative download method promptly.

Pattern Quality Guarantee

All our patterns are thoroughly tested before publication. However, if you discover a significant error or issue with the pattern that prevents completion of the project, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will review the concern and may offer:

  • Clarification or correction of the pattern instructions
  • Updated pattern file with corrections
  • Alternative pattern of equal or greater value
  • Store credit for future purchases

Exceptions & Special Cases

We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases made in error (same pattern purchased twice)
  • Pattern was not downloaded and request is made within 24 hours
  • Significant discrepancy between pattern description and actual content
  • Other exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
